NextSlide's founder, Ahmed Beshry, stated that the startup's product could transform prompts, notes, documents, or research into polished, editable presentations. Beshry noted that the announcement was made "a few months late," indicating the acquisition occurred "earlier this year." The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Beshry previously co-founded Caper AI, a smart cart/cashier-less checkout startup acquired by Instacart in 2021.
